All items sold by Collectable Autographs  are described accurately.  All measurements are approximate and in inches.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied a full refund will be given within 14 days, provided you call first.  All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

All items carry a "Lifetime Guarantee" and despatched with an invoice and COA.

If you have any doubt about any item call to discuss this directly with myself Duncan Dickenson.  If you are in possession of at least two written opinions from bonafide autograph dealers we will offer a full refund.

Payment

We are happy to accept payment via cheque, cash (registered post please) in either £sterling or US$, postal orders, bank money transfer.  You can also pay via Paypal .  We do not accept any credit cards. 

Lay Away Plan

We accept a monthly payment scheme which requires a non-refundable deposit which enables the cost to be spread up to 6 months.  Once the final payment has been received you will be notified of despatch.

Footnote: 

Please note that an AFTAL  hologram where applicable will be  affixed to an item i.e autographed books, photos and prints.

A duplicate corresponding hologram number will be affixed to a receipt.
